Job Description
THE COMPANY :
• E&M engineering
• Specialist, designer, supplier and contractor : swimming pool, fountain, spa facilities, health club facilities, ice skating rink etc
• Main clients : hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients
• Project location : Hong Kong and Macau
• We are looking for CONTRACT MANAGER – with details as follows... :
THE JOB :
• Report to General Manager
• Lead a team of 7-8 members
• Manage the contractual agreements, including overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts. This would involve coordinating with other departments and contractors to ensure compliance with the terms of the agreements, as well as resolving any disputes that may arise.
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts including principle, inter-contracts and sub- contracts.
• Manage contracts related to the design, construction, and maintenance of swimming pools, fountains, water features, and other aquatic structures. This would involve working closely with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
• Maintain relationships with clients, and oversee the development of proposals and bids for new projects. Responsible for managing the company's contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communicate and assist in interpreting signed contracts to all relevant parties.
• Identify and assess risk of signed contracts to the General Manager.
• Degree holder preferably in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or related discipline
• Proven experience working as a Contract Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience working on Mechanical and Electrical projects is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• 5 days work
