Job Requirements

1. Responsible for the process of payment solutions and payment marketing plans, promote inter-departmental communication throughout the process, and coordinate various resources to ensure a smooth launch
2. Strong ability of understanding Company's product and integrating them with payment channels for higher efficiency

3. Responsible for processing core indicators of payment channels, such as payment rate and success rate, to continuously optimize payment experience, user and broadcaster satisfaction
4. Responsible for the research and analysis of the differences in the payment environment and user payment preferences of Pay-in and Pay-out in different regions of the world, with a clear understanding of the current situation and trends in the industry

5. Working closely with stakeholders, Sales, Service, Technology and Operations evaluate and analyze cross-impacts to Digital Channel services from environment, new business demands and back-office system... changes

6. Prioritization and project management, competitive gap analysis, market readiness, training and client communication

7. Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, KYC, and Finance as needed while supporting all compliance and risk initiatives

8. Strong ability of understanding Company's product and integrating them with payment channels for higher efficiency

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above, 3 years of work experience, need to have experience handling international payment transfer /PSP/bank channel platform/crypto currency
2. Goal/result oriented, strong pressure resistance, ability to analyze and solve problems strong initiative, good communication and teamwork skills,
3. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English will be an advantage

4. Experience in product management in cash/digital/crypto currency management domain and having relevant experience in channel related will be an important consideration

Candidate must be comfortable with travelling to Japan for both short & long term work purposes
