We are looking for a Solution Arhictect/Tech Lead to join our team. We are working with a FinTech startup in the loan management domain operating in EU. We are at the beginning of the long-term journey to build a loan management system using Microsoft technology stack (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).

Responsibilities:

- Architect and design solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements;
- Create the technical vision from business requirements and document the solution architecture;
- Together with enterprise architect design and delivery of Dynamics 365 Sales product line and related Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure, SQL Server,etc);
- Deliver integration projects from beginning to end, according to the solution vision;
- Collaborate with various subject matter experts in defining the optimal solution;
- Proactively communicate with the project managers by identifying and mitigating risks, assumptions... and issues throughout the full lifecycle;
- Manage business/project risk and mitigate or communicate these effectively;
- Guide the development teams and assess the solution deliverables for correspondence to the technical quality requirements;
- Facilitate epics and user stories refinements to make sure development teams understand the scope;
- Team architecture/design decisions facilitation & evaluation of adherence to the business requirements;
- You suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product;
- You facilitate the estimation of large and complex milestones;
- Proactively identify tech debt that is preventing efficient software delivery;
- Together with DevOps, you set up code quality best practices;
- Monitoring of code quality metrics and supervision of their continuous improvement;
- Collaboration with the enterprise architect on complex technical decisions. Requirements:

- You are a seasoned software engineer, well-versed in C#/.Net with at least 5 years of experience;
- You have experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform;
- Experience implementing multiple complex CRM-related solutions including, but not limited to, integrations, web services, custom web development, and Power Platform;
- Experience as a Lead/Architect, 3+ years;
- Great knowledge and experience of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns;
- Practical experience in technical design preparation and presentation;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics;
- Ability to recommend a solution to internal/external stakeholders clearly articulating the pros and cons of various solutions;
- Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction;
- Deep analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility, emotional maturity;
- Proven expertise in Continuous Integration/Delivery approaches and tools;
- An understanding of the business goal behind the project with the end in sight and the full SDLC considered;
- Comfortable in a client-facing environment;
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure;
- Advanced communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
