What You’ll Do

Zefr’s Marketing Team is looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to develop visual solutions and creative design concepts using a variety of digital software. In this role, you will work with the Creative Director to help build out Zefr’s visual brand through presentation materials, marketing collateral, and eye-catching designs. This position’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the creation of quality marketing materials that convey Zefr’s core strengths and unique positioning in the marketplace.

What We’re Looking For
• 2-3 years experience at an in-house design team
• 2+ years experience in presentation design - particularly with Keynote
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Digital Design or Visual Arts
• Robust design portfolio, including examples of digital & print work, particularly with tech-aesthetic designs
• Advanced proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Expert with Adobe Creative Suite - particularly in Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign
• Capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines
• Keen design eye & attention to detail
• Animation experience a plus
• Strong verbal & writing skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and diligent work ethic

Compensation (for US Based Employees)

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, it may still be worth having a conversation
