Position snapshot:

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Conditions: 8-hour working day, labor contract, office based;

A day in the life ……………
• Prepares designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.;
• Ensures the quality and safe implementation of projects within the agreed budget and deadlines;
• Monitors progress and performance against the project plan; takes action to resolve problems and minimize delays;
• Identifies, develops and gathers the resources necessary to complete the project;
• Coordinates project participants – designers, contractors, subcontractors, etc.;
• Prepares and coordinates linear design and implementation schedules;
• Prepares technical specifications as a basis for tender documentation and participates in tender... procedures for the selection of contractors, together with Supply Chain Department;
• Assists in the creation of basic technical documentation, e.g. architectural drawings, plans, plumbing and Electrical schemes, etc.;
• Performs investor control of designers and contractors of construction works;
• Collaborates with the other team and project members, local authorities and operating companies.

What will make you successful:
• Civil construction/Technical engineer experience: 3 year experience in this area;
• Capital Investment projects managements in a food industry;
• Secondary special or higher technical education - construction technician, civil engineer or other relevant specialty;
• Good knowledge of the legal framework in the field of design and construction;
• Computer literacy - MS-Office, MS-Project, AutoCAD;
• English – good level of proficiency, min B2;
• Good communication and analytical skills;
• Organizational skills - time management, priority management.
