Job Purpose:

Manage all facility services alternative assets buildings, ensure that building is meeting all facility services requirements and standards. Accountability including but not limited to Civil defense compliance, manage building annual maintenance contracts, building management system, fire alarm and fire safety and all other building systems

Key Accountabilities:

Facilities Management
• Manage the operations of the Facilities Services department and work closely with stakeholders in closing facilities related requests in order to provide quality service to customers including but not limited to Manage aspects of cleaning, waste disposal, and security of each site
• Ensure all civil defense certifications are in place , and all life & safety systems are maintained in optimal conditions
• Performing quality inspections on facilities as required in order to ensure that the maintenance is in line with the defined standards.
• Ensure all maintenance requests are closed in a... timely manner.
• Monitor and coordinate the activities of external service providers to ensure work orders are being executed in an efficient manner.
• Monitor and close safety issues related to alternative assets facilities in a timely and effective manner.

Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to facilitate cost optimization and productivity improvement

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Statements and Reports
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate departmental statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and standards.

Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
• Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.

Skills
• Knowledge of Facility Management operations.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer and MS office skills.
• Arabic and English speaking preferred.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

Required Experience:
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
