• Most Significant responsibilities are managing and supervising the activities of projects according to instruction and quality.
• Undertaking site surveys and setting out project sites.
• Supervising and controlling the contracted staffs and labours involved in Projects
• Vendor Management
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales and work under tight deadlines and close monitoring.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager.
