•Preparing BOQ Estimation and costing for the new projects related to Highway & Structure.
•Preparing Rate analysis to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget
•Preparing Sub-Contractor Bills at the end of every month.
•Preparing Client Running Account Bill for both the mentioned works.
•Preparing As built Drawings of Roads and Structures for final Bills.
•Review design layouts to find and resolve problems involving compatibility with basic design concepts.
•Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
•Read and understand 2D and 3D drawings.
•Make corrections to the drawings as per the site condition.
•Preparing the reports as per the client and consultant requirement.
•Preparing Work Orders for the Sub-contractors.
•Preparing, negotiating and analyzing the costs for the Contract and renders
•Estimation of quantity of materials required for Structure and Highway... Work.
•Quantity Calculations as per Drawing and as per Site.
•Preparing BBS i.e., Bar Bending Schedule for structure works.
•Preparing layout of Structures in Auto Cad and also preparing the coordinate list for all the items such as Foundation, Sub Structure, Super Structure.
•Reporting to the Project manager and providing support and guidance throughout the life cycle of a construction project.
•Day to day monitoring and preparation of Daily Progress Report (DPR), Monthly Progress Report (MPR) & Strip Chart.
•Letter Drafting against any issues to the department and Maintaining correspondence letters of all the projects.
•Maintaining the project upto date status report as on date
