A professional with strong expertise in front end technologies such as HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, who will build, develop, and maintain Shopify assets and web sites. Able to manage the implementation of complex web sites, defining the architecture and development process. Able to work with multiple projects to provide solutions that... adhere to the latest standards and best practices while working with team managers, clients, and executives in developing e commerce related projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Shopify stores based on client requirements
• Familiarity with Shopify APIs
• Research and reach out to various stakeholders to get updated content for sites
• Ensure content upload as per defined final user appraisal best practices
• Manage timely update and accuracy of uploaded content
• The Web Developer is expected to utilize best practices in web user interface design as well as learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in functional requirements
• Manage the execution of website decommissioning including, archiving, communications and harvesting processes as agreed with the client
• Update, maintain and troubleshoot existing websites
• Support and troubleshoot the day to day technical needs for existing websites
• Maintain the layout of web sites as per the defined guidelines
• Document technical specifications and design
• Analyze system requirement and system specification
• Analyze new module development for errors and performance

Requirements & Qualifications
• At least 3+ years of proven experience working in the implementation of responsive web sites using Shopify or other platform for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems
• Expert level experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Understanding of issue tracking systems, such as Jira/Workfront or other task management tool
• Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git
• Experience of integration work with CMS platforms (Drupal, AEM, Wordpress)
• Proven experience in building complex web sites using responsive layouts and advanced user interactive
• Experience integrating with REST services to consume or send data based on user interactions and user interface updates
• Experience using a MVC framework to modularize a web site into smaller reusable components
• Basic understanding of accessibility and security compliance
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience collaborating with project managers and scrum masters to define user stories and estimates
• Experience defining build processes using based tools. Understanding of the tasks required to build a project and their impact.
• Strong sense of team and group collaboration
• Great English skills
