Character Animation Lead Responsibilities
• Throughout your role you will be leading the character animation team and really driving forward the creatin of high quality animations
• Ensure that all character animations are optimized for performance and meet the technical requirements of our games
• You will mentor and guide other engineers within the team to help them reach their full potential
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends will be a major part of your role as you will incorporate new ideas into our animation processes
• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers... to create animations that bring characters to life

Character Animation Lead Requirements
• Strong professional knowledge within the game development industry with a specific focus on build and deployment processes
• Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine and Perforce
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine build processes and tools
• Perforce source control
• Strong working knowledge using Jenkins for automation build and deployment processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment
