Opportunity

Looking for self-motivated solutions focused qualified Project Managers with a strong work ethic experienced in the management of High rise, residential, commercial, fit out and civil construction projects, including D&C developments within developing countries. As Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, while you manage a professional team onsite. You will oversee all aspects of the project's development and construction.

Core Focus Areas
• Safety: Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety standards and report issues. Well versed in details of incidents, oversee investigations, and ensure causes are addressed.
• Contract... Admin Our clients construction contracts are purposefully tight and although other players in the market may accept deviation or alternative quality, they do not.
• Project Design Collaborate with engineers, architects, and consultants to determine and plan the specifications of the project. Prepare and oversee tender process as per tender policy and procedure.
• Stakeholder Relationships Build and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders; Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Administration & General
Qualifications and Experience required
• Relevant qualification in Engineering/Project Management or Construction management
• Proven project management(construction) experience with the ability to manage programs, budgets, variations, material procurement schedules and facilitate the design through consultants
• Ideally experienced in delivering projects or multiple projects from start to finish with a value of $80 Million + within a developing market place.
