As a Retention Specialist, you will support Microsoft in telephone and written customer support. Experience the world of Microsoft from a different perspective and help Microsoft corporate customers professionally with their concerns.

Your tasks:
• Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
• Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
• Contact by telephone (both inbound and... outbound) and in writing via online chat;
• Inbound activities include:
• Inbound discussions with customers who want to end their partnership;
• Offering alternative solutions and tweaks to prevent termination;
• Outbound activities:
• • Proactively contacting potential cancellation cases (e.g., in the case of an expired credit card and subsequent potential cancellation);
• • Analysis of possible cases of termination, based on automatically created empirical reports.

Requirements:
• German - C1
• English - B2
• Passionate about technology
• Love helping people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
