Job Description:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Silicon Valley Startup team, spun out of Stanford University, who will be responsible for creating beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for both enterprise users and consumers. As a B2B2C company, the ideal candidate should have experience designing for both web-based enterprise applications and mobile-first consumer applications. The candidate should be an expert in Figma, have experience working with product owners in live sessions to create mockups, and be able to create appealing user dashboards. Additionally, the candidate should be creative, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks and come up with new ideas. Understanding the limitations of software and being willing to adjust designs accordingly is also important.

Responsibilities:
• Create beautiful and intuitive user interfaces for our web-based enterprise applications and mobile-first consumer applications
• Work closely with product... owners to understand their requirements and translate them into visually appealing and easy-to-use designs
• Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Continuously improve the user experience by incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders
• Create user dashboards that are appealing and easy to use
• Understand the limitations of software and be willing to adjust designs accordingly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Expert in Figma
• Experience working with product owners in live sessions to create mockups
• Ability to create visually appealing user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to use
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and other team members
• Creativity and ability to take ownership of tasks and come up with new ideas
• Understanding of enterprise user needs and ability to design for web-based enterprise applications
• Understanding of mobile-first design principles and ability to design for mobile-first consumer applications
• Excellent communication skills in English
