About The Role:

McCrometer is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that provides strategic advice, support, and services to internal business partners and external audiences and providers. They will develop appropriate and effective policies, procedures and controls pertaining to: financial management, accounting processes and procedures (GAAP), cash management, financial and strategic planning, tax compliance and corporate reporting functions. Someone that can manage and coordinate external financial reporting and investor relations.

What Will I Be Doing?
• Maintain all financials forecast models and supporting analysis.
• Active participant in the monthly close and reconciliation process having responsibilities for compiling and reviewing monthly fluctuations from budget/forecast.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages to provide detailed financial insights to cross-functional partners and report potential fiscal issues on a pro-active basis.
• Maintaining Onestream environment developing and maintain reporting tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of how our business operates, prepare business analysis to assist strategic decision making, drive improvements in working capital, and participate in our annual audits.
• Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecast, perform variance analysis, and other ad hoc reports as required for review by VP of Finance and/or President.
• Partner with management teams to analyze costs to help drive efficiencies and savings..
• Contribution to monthly, quarterly, and annual Danaher statistics.
• Responsible for updating Sales, Booking, Operating Profit Working Capital, other financial KPIs to improve metrics.

What Are The Qualifications?
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 -7 plus years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Familiar with ERP systems and corporate reporting is required.
• Experience working with operational departments to maintain budgets while gaining an understanding of their businesses.
• Accuracy and attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to learn new software and accounting programs quickly.
• Knowledge in use of personal computers, and common business productivity tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, project scheduling tools, etc.
• Must have the capability to work in a team environment with varied departments and diverse personalities.
