Job Duties
• Provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance;
• Household duties;
• Pick up (drop off) kids from (to) school;
• Translate documents and letters;
• Work closely with different business units and overseas offices;
• Perform office duties and general administrative support;
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties when required.
Job Requirements
• Candidates must have Driving License in Singapore;
• Candidates must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Managemetn, Secretarial or equivalent;
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant of equivalent;
• Professional in bilingual languages is highly preferred.
