- 5 Benefit Animations per week

- Create 3 winning elements month as measured by paid advertising split tests involving your contents

- Create 3 scientific 3D graphics per month that can tell a story and also sell at the same time.

- Create a branded 3D animation every single day of the week

- Continuously train and improve in your craft - improving week by week.

- Help the creative team achieve high level professional looking creatives.

Responsibilities

- Successfully work with Video Editors requests for specific clips & elements they will need in their videos.

- Go through current winning creatives and recreate winning 3D graphic elements.

- Ideate, strategize and execute 3D/ motion graphics alongside your in house Creative Strategist.

- Consistent communication with your team of video editors.

- Stay organized, systematize your process to make your day to day smooth and consistent.

- Offer strategist who works to make sure the ads always prime our customers. Educating & helping to convert visitors once they land on the website.

Requirements:

- 2 Years of experience in content creation for FB ads/ TikTok/ Youtube

- 2-4 years of experience in 3D animations (motion graphics, motion array or similar)

- Growth-mindset & pushing yourself to achieve new heights

- Facebook Ads & Marketing brain are a plus

- Powerful internet connection

- C1 English

- Great ambition
