We are looking at smart ways to engage with consumers and create disruptive business models that can harness the power and might of powerful brands. Your role in the team will be to support the Growth team with understanding data and analytics, building reporting tools and dashboards to make the data clearer, as well as supporting on CRM activity.
Ideally you will already have experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and have built and connected dashboards and tracking systems using multiple data sources, through tools such as Data Studio or Power BI. You should have an analytical mindset and love getting to the bottom... of questions such as ‘which media channel is most effective for selling product X’. You will use Google Analytics, Data Studio, Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Parabola in your day to day role. Reckitt is growing online through direct to consumer business models and adapting existing business models and brands for digital. Our role is to improve each brand in their DTC capability and growth. Ensuring the basic 3 pillars of acquisition, conversion and retention are fulfilled is at the heart of what we do. You will need a good grounding in mathematical and logical analysis, and a general understanding of digital marketing, including at least some of the following media channels; Paid Search, Social (Paid / Unpaid), SEO, Affiliates, and Email marketing. The role involves having an organisational approach (multiple brands and multiple markets to manage) entrepreneurial can-do spirit, data driven analytical thinking and a knack for solving tough problems. If you enjoy building new businesses and solving tough problems – you will love this role.
You’ll succeed because…
… You're good at planning and have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize own workload and track progress of certain tasks over longer periods. You have used Google Analytics as well as other Analytics and performance tools. You have good working knowledge of Excel with high levels of numeracy and accuracy as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. You can appreciate data-lead approaches,you're curious of insights, always measuring performance and finding ways to improve. You have 1-2 years in an analytical role, analysing and interpreting data. You have experience across digital acquisition channels, e.g. PPC, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Retargeting, Display (although experience in all of these digital marketing channels is not required). You have experience with ecommerce, or running a website with a sales and digital marketing focus
