Your new company

This is a fortune 500 company and GLC company in China, Infrastructure construction is their main business, currently they have massive projects ongoing in Malaysia, building infrastructures, harbour and etc. With a very strong project pipeline, they are looking for a investment manager to take over the projects and bring to live !

Your new role

You will be dealing with China HQ regarding on proposal for investment projects. Evaluating the projects by doing finance feasibility studies, financial modelling, finance due diligence and etc. You are the key person to analyse, propose and bring the project to live !

What you'll need to succeed

You must be able to converse in Mandarin fluently in order to liaise with HQ in China and at least 8-10 years of experience in Infrastructure/ Construction background with investment projects experience. Moreover, with a strong business connection with external parties that can bring benefits to the company. Nevertheless, skills... of financial due diligence, financial feasibility studies, financial modelling are a must have.
