Well established client of ours is looking for a motivated Machine operators to join their growing team in Te Kuiti and PioPio

This is a role for someone ideally who has experience OR someone willing to learn.

Duties
• Operate plant equipment to manufacture and ship calcium carbonate goods according to specifications and instructions.
• Monitor plant and activities for compliance with established policies and practices.
• report non-conformances.
• Actively participate in site QSHE programs.

Skills and Experience
• Follow written and verbal instructions provided by the Production Engineer or deputy.
• Plant cleaning
• Clearing blockages
• Bagging of product
• Operating... plant production and delivery systems to facilitate work listed above.
• Operation of the forklift to facilitate work listed above.
• Operation of loader to fill rock shed.
• Operation of plant processing circuits within specified ranges to produce desired products.
• Quality control testing in accordance with procedures
• Regular use of computer systems to control, analyse, and record information related to
• the above responsibilities
• Completion of shift reports for all operation activities to which they were assigned for.

• Reporting of any hazards, faults with plant or accidents/incidents using appropriate
• forms
• Other duties as assigned.
