Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement high-quality features to augment our operations while adding value to our customers.
• Write and deploy efficient, usable, pragmatic, and scalable solutions to grow the company.
• Implement and upgrade our engineering best practices hence defining novel standards in our system.
• Act as the center of expertise and provide technical leadership to solve issues in your respective tribes following the defined SLA.
• Partaking in the review process for... existing as well as new codes to advance system performance, stability, quality, and availability.
• Groom other junior engineers in the organization through regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate closely with disparate functions including Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Quality Assurance in delivering solutions following the technology roadmap.

Role Requirements:
• Graduated with Computer Science related background.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of working experience using NodeJs, NestJs, or Typescript. Experience with Golang, Java, Ruby on Rails, Python, or Elixir is also welcome.
• Excellent understanding of app development tools such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Fluent in software engineering concepts and design patterns.
