• Develop sales strategies any conduct routine sales calls to travel agencies and corporate houses.
• Maintain rapport with client by tele-marketing, e-marketing etc.
• Regularly visit potential business houses and gather feedback.
• Maintain database of all clienteles. Uploaded fare sheets to the agents.
• Follow up with bookings obtained from clienteles and assist them for seat confirmation.
• Perform and support on all administrative and sales related work.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly sales report in excel format and submit to SM.
• Manage and complete all and any other assignment related to the promotion / representation as assigned by the management from time to time.
