Site Engineer - Dublin Central €55k/pa One of Irelands leading building companies are currently recruiting for a Setting Out Engineer. This is a permanent position working on an hotel fit out and extension in Dublin city centre. The Site Engineer role would suit an experienced individual with 2-3 years commercial / hotel / residential construction experience and an Engineering qualification. Experience with a Main Contractor would be preferable. Responsibilities will include •Setting Out/Dimensional Control inc. use of GPS, total station & automatic levels •Engagement with the project team, design team and subcontractor supervision •Procurement, monitoring and recording of materials, plant and logistics •Implementing QA procedures drainage testing, concrete pre/post pour checks & compiling subcontractor snag lists •Record keeping and reporting inc. compiling information for O&M manuals, as-built drawings •Coordinating site drawings •Reporting to the Project Manager Skills Proficient... in the use of GPS, robotic total station and levelling equipment is essential Working knowledge of AutoCad, Revit, Navis works , Microsoft Excel Willingness to learn new technologies Team player with good communication skills.
