Needing a contractor to support Gum and Candy community with product specification development and completion to meet project launch dates and migrated data validation for existing recipes and specs.

The person should exhibit a high alertness for details and flexible within a team environment, self-learning, process and detail oriented, RD product background, and SAP-PLM experience.

Preferred Experiences:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Manufacturing or related discipline
2. B.S. in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering or related science field
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience and knowledge in product/pack development and formulation processes and capabilities
4. Proven good approachability
5. SAP PLM experience preferred

Responsibilities:
• Creating and enriching General and Plant recipes and specifications by working cross functionally with regulatory, food safety and specification management using an outlined process
• Creating and routing Finished Goods spec to Active by working cross functionally with R&D partners like regulatory, packaging, specification management and others
• Create engineering records to route recipes and specs for completion
• Enrichment and cleansing of specific data/specs
• Focal point for specification management issues and day to day user support
• Trouble shoot across R&D and business teams to resolve data flow issues from SAP PLM to MDG and PIM
• Ensure data accuracy across G&C Product Specifications within PLM
• Regularly meet with RD product developers to plan & organize the workload, have prioritization conversations, and raise any risks as necessary
