Job Description

The ESG Data Analyst will work with the Head of ESG to advance Version 1’s overarching ESG strategy through the development of in-depth data analytics that coordinate, monitor and analyse data related primarily to Environmental Sustainability and Diversity, inclusion and engagement. The ESG Data Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting the DIB’s & Environmental Managers with... developing, utilising, and completing reports, presentations, and surveys that support our ability to measure our progress towards our ESG strategic goals. In addition, the ESG Analyst works with other members of the ESG team to contribute to organisational wide ESG initiatives.

What you will do…
• Performing in-depth data analytics, including quantitative, statistical and comparative analysis, to determine patterns and recognise trends; in order to prepare a variety of reports and presentations for practice groups, management, customers, and ESG Team.
• · Quarterly collation of consumption data, ie. Waste, electricity, heat, water across all offices for input into ESG software.
• · Translating data into written reports, tables, graphs and charts (including developing creative data visualisations to illustrate key findings)
• · Working with Environmental & DIBs Managers to interpret data results to provide written commentary that can paint the picture of the ESG landscape and generate ideas.
• · Preparation of timely and accurate quarterly and annual reports; and collaborating with departments to gather and analyse statistical information.
• · Conducting research to provide insight what others in the sector are doing, and how we compare.
• · Developing and creating questionnaires, reports, and presentations; and assisting in the analysis of Survey data.
