General Qualifications

· Graduated from Industrial, Engineering or Technical Education departments, preferably with a Master's degree.

· At least 2 years of experience in the industry, preferably in the automotive sector.

· Knowledge of welding processes

· Good command of English

· Analytical thinker, team player

· Strong technical problem solving skills

Job Description

· Responsible for the manufacturing application of new products or product process modifications.

· Creation, implementation and industrialization of process definitions and industrial validations, taking into account all process constraints, optimization of equipment and assembly lines,

Planning and coordination of products with technical development, product quality, purchasing, production and sales,

· Analysis of Lead Failure Mode and FMEA processes,

Providing follow-up of customer changes in cooperation with the technical manager or engineering changes coordinator,

· Creating references, setting time... and operating procedures,

· Identification of production process documents and validation of control plans,

Standardization of production processes, machinery and equipment,

· Managing and directing the process in the best way within the framework of FES standards

· Supporting engineering changes, keeping documents up to date
