Database Engineer (m/f/d) The "Statistical Information Management, Mathematical Methods" department is a service unit for users in the statistics, economics and research center of the Deutsche Bundesbank and is responsible for the development, use and maintenance of software in all areas of statistical reporting and analysis. Your tasks As part of our team, you will be jointly responsible for the technical and functional support of Microsoft SQL databases in our infrastructure. You will... ensure the quality, stability, and performance of the database environment and develop solutions to problems that arise from working with large amounts of data. In addition, you will perform version upgrades for our Microsoft SQL databases. You will also use your expertise to support our IT projects and internal customers in setting up and maintaining database systems. Experience in handling large amounts of data and its storage, transfer, backup and recovery, as well as in the underlying platforms for optimal use of the systems.
