The Spa Manager creates Spa Menus and a tasteful environment, is aware of current market trends and is able to sell Spa Retail in a creative and successful manner.

While being responsible for the daily operation of the Spa operation, including scheduling, training, development, budgeting and purchasing, Spa Manager works closely with the Hotel Manager to create initiatives to develop attractive fitness programs, drive Spa & Hammam product and service initiatives, establish a solid retail sales structure, and consequently achieve financial results.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals... who possess
• High level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the environment
• Solid working knowledge of Massage and Hammam treatments, Wellness programs, Fitness trends and care products
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish
• Community and business network in the relevant marketplace
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, result orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
• Dynamic adaptability and flexibility to the needs of hospitality industry work schedule

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity. A degree in a related field is preferred, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience.
