An Australian exhibition and logistics company they specialise in freight forwarding, storage and on-site logistics, consulting and project management for the event and exhibition sector. Due to continued growth they have created a new position for a Logistics Coordinator with exceptional customer service skills.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivery on all quotes/jobs/shows to the client’s satisfaction as well as manage budget expectations for allocated events.
• Tracking jobs to ensure on time delivery;
• Ensure excellent customer service is executed by providing prompt and correct information regarding pricing, inventory, delivery status and all logistics related enquires;
• Generate quotes for exhibitors, invoicing and following up quotes & payments;
• Assist with answering phones and attend to phone... enquires with potential customers and existing clients;
• Planning and organising logistics for different events including creation of manifests; design & set up quote calculators for each event; bookings and confirmation with different transport/logistics services suppliers; producing labels and following schedules for pickups and deliveries.
• Working onsite to service exhibitors and customers at events and exhibitions when required.

This position offers plenty of variety in a friendly dynamic team. It also offers the opportunity to learn a broad range of logistics skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the transport/logistics sector together with exceptional customer service skills.
