The aim is to create and enhance decent employment for youth and women in agriculture, tourism and the green economy. Rights at work for formal and informal workers are better respected. Workers and their families have increased access to existing social protection, including health and maternity risks. Policy development and national dialogue on decent work is strengthened through evidence based learning.
