The candidate should have strong understanding of the IDAM architecture
As a Cyber Security Architect, you will be leading the development, designing, and implementing identity and access management solutions
After growing into the role, you will be the main person responsible for the Identity Management Team collaborating with Engineers across multiple disciplines and solutions to ensure that our IDAM solutions are secure, interoperate, connect appropriately and support the company vision and strategy

Key responsibilities:
Identity & Access Management Architect, strong in solution design and Active Directory
Reviewing current end client setup and provide a solution
Provide the team with Vision and Strategy development for Identity & Access , Broad appreciation of technology encompassed within Identity & Access
Ability to work with Customer Business leaders to create and articulate a Vision for Identity & Access aligned with the Business goals of the organization
Ability to work with Technical and Operations staff in order to define a strategy for delivering Identity & Access services
Has to deliver a cohesive blueprint for delivery of Identity & Access Services to include technology options
Review IDAM architecture and create a strategic development plan and operations guidelines & processes and propose efficiency improvements
Define policies and standards in alignment with group security requirements
Maintain product roadmaps within the technology and architecture strategy
Identify gaps if any between established standards and proposed solutions and follow exception processes as needed
Ensure design and architecture information is well documented, up-to-date, and communicated to the relevant stakeholders
Engage and collaborate with business users/ customers to understand business requirements
Assist in or lead the definition of systems solutions to functional IDAM problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices
Act as member of the Global Authentication & Directory Services Team supporting the team on project or operations related activities
You:
7+ years of hands on experience in IDAM domain to design, develop, support and monitor IAM solution using multiple products of IDAM and Extensive IDAM Architecture experience
Good Hands-On Experience on Installation, Implementation, Testing, Deployment & Production-Support; Complete Software Development Life Cycle across multiple IAM projects
Technical expertise in End-to-End Implementation, Operations and Support functions within multiple IAM projects
Hands on experience in using IDAM Multiple products like Oracle, ForgeRock, SailPoint, okta, CyberArk and etc
Might have to frequently deal with Business aspects like, stakeholder management, Time Management, Leadership quality, vendor management, client handling, accomplishing the client’s task within given deadline, product planning, product analysis etc
Masters or Bachelors in IT or related field
