The Role:

The Events & Partnership Manager has two major responsibilities:
• Managing major Blues events including Blues home games, end of season awards, corporate partner events, Family Foundation and Blues Alumni events.

The role requires an understanding of the experience economy and how to maximise this for the Blues. You will be responsible for managing the event & match day activity process from concept to execution, maintaining a strong level of communication across key internal stakeholders and passionately delivering the best experiences for Blues fans, partners, players & staff.
• Managing key stakeholder relationships with Blues corporate... partners, Family Foundation members and the Blues Alumni.

In addition, the Events & Partnership Manager is responsible for managing relationships between the Blues and Partners within the Blues corporate whanau, delivering upon all aspects of the partnership to ensure client satisfaction. This includes the management and delivery of contracted benefits, the development and execution of leverage initiatives, and communications and engagement with both Blues Family Foundation Members and the Blues Alumni.

The role requires a collaborative approach across the marketing, partnerships, digital, social and football teams. The Events & Partnership Manager needs to effectively communicate with these teams to manage priorities, hit campaign milestones and budget expectations.
