Role: We are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our platform. You will work closely with our product team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience and improve user retention. You will also conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to create a seamless user journey.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in UX design, graphic design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience in conducting user research and testing
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
