Overview:
• *Hexagon PPM** is seeking an **Executive Financial Analyst** to join the Finance team in **Santiago, Chile**.

• *Responsibilities**:

- Carry out validation and entry of accounting documentation
- Providers payment
- Account analysis
- Preparation of management reports
- Analysis of monthly assumptions
- Analysis of monthly cost of hours
- Reporting financial status to the USA
- Other minor tasks

Qualifications:

- Accountant, Public Accountant or Auditor Accountant, with studies between 3 to 5 years
- Experience in accounting and finance areas for at least 7 years, and 3 years of experience in multinational companies.
- Knowledge of ERP... accounting systems. Softland knowledge is a must
- Tax knowledge under VAT law (treatment), rent (expenses and costs) and electronic invoicing.
- Ability to analyze accountable accounts of balance and result, with proven experience (to be evaluated).
- Excel management at advanced or expert level (Dynamic tables search(), nested functions, conditional functions, graphics, sorting, adding information, etc.).
- Knowledge of accounting standards and IFRS.
• *Technical Experience**:

- Registration, control and payment of national and foreign suppliers
- Attention to suppliers and customers
- Issuance of sales invoices and control of the sales book
- Recovery and control of electronic invoices in the SII repository
- Control Book of Purchases and Sales and purchase orders
- Preparation of Cash Income and Expenditures, accounting transfers and bank reconciliations in CLP and foreign currency
- Experience in preparation of cash flow, purchase and sale of foreign currency, investments and relationship with banks
- Provisions and expense control and budget management
- Account Analysis
- Preparation of internal management reports

Ability to work in a dynamic environment, analytical, teamwork, good treatment and experience in dealing with suppliers, internal and external customers.
