Taylor Brammer Landscape Architects Pty Ltd is an established award-winning design company that has been creating diverse, sustainable and memorable environments for over 20 years. We hold two primary studio locations in Woollahra and Austinmer plus satellite studios in the Riverina and Newcastle.

Our company vision creates a vibrant and engaging people focused workplace. Our skilled team of over 25 Landscape Architects, Urban Designers and support staff provide a diversity of expertise across a range of projects varying from Master Planning, Urban Design, Place Making, Ecology and Public Open Space.

We are seeking a Design / Administrative Assistant who has strong documentation presentation skills who can assist our design staff and Office Manager on a part-time basis.

The successful... applicant will:
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
• Provide support to the Office Manager and all design staff
• Prepare fee proposals and tender submissions
• Answer phones, monitor digital correspondence and liaise with clients and other design professionals
• Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated achiever with a passion for design
• Have the right to live and work in Australia permanently

Presently, we are looking for someone to work two days per week (Friday is essential) and full-time for four (4) weeks in early June / July (exact dates yet to be determined). The position will be based in our Woollahra studio, commencing as soon as possible.
