Job purpose
He/she will oversee leading the creation of our standard Terms & Conditions for our Travel covers. The aim is to standardize our practices in terms of Terms of Conditions and it will require to coordinate different stakeholders within the organization: country sales & operations representatives, Group Travel Marketing Teams, Compliance & Legal Teams, Fraud and Leakage Teams, …
Primary duties and responsibilities
This role is within the Pricing & Underwriting team, directly reporting to Group Pricing & Underwriting Director.
His/ her main responsibilities are the following:
• to identify topics in the T&Cs on which we have different practices and on which we want to define an EA standard approach
• Identify/Evaluate different practices on these topics (in collaboration with the T&C product analyst)
• Get in touch with our main entities to understand current practices and rationale
• Evaluate with the different teams to be involved (Marketing, F&L, …) pros and cons of each of the practices
• Organize and animate workshops to define Group approach on these topics
• Workshops will include many different parties to be involved that will each contributes from their perspective
• These workshops will need to be anticipated and well prepared in advance
• Animate the workshops during which the topics will be discussed
• Synthetize the inputs of the team
• Seek for validation when no alignment was found with the teams involved
• Implement new version within the new Tool used for the production and update of Terms & Conditions

Qualifications
Business orientation
• Ability to synthesize a lot of information into recommendations
• Proven analytical skills
• Attention to detail
Insurance knowledge
• Experience in claims management, underwriting or pricing
• Good understanding of the risks associated within the T&Cs
• Project management & interpersonal skills
• Natural leadership and drive, capacity to levarage / engage teams, negotiation skills
• Program / Project management; transformation / change management
• Consulting background an advantage
Other capabilities & pre-requisites
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must; additional languages a plus.
• Graduate degree
• Worked in MNC / international company environment
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Exposure to corporate clients and B2B2C business an advantage
• Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Personal attributes
• Must have integrity and be dedicated to the principles of developing a strong collaborative organization with well-developed coaching skills
• Have the confidence, self-motivation, and broad business/insurance understanding to thrive in an autonomous role
• Ability to form effective relationships with country and holding stakeholders in a matrix setting
