Description

We’re looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader for our brand-new office in Latvia.

In your role as a .NET Team Leader, you’ll oversee the technical work, give technical guidance to the dev team and apply your excellent problem-solving skills to drive the engineering community.

Take the freedom to work remotely from anywhere across the country or meet with teammates in our coworking space in Riga.

General project overview

Our customer is a provider is a provider of information, analytics, and solutions for governments and financial markets.

Three of company business units are leaving the company and Base Chemicals (BC) is one of them.

BC must migrate their infrastructure into AWS Cloud environment and make sure that business process is fully supported by the new environment solution.

WHAT YOU’ll DO
• Communicating directly with the Customer's PO, SMEs, team members and support them in their respective tasks.
• Providing estimations and prepare WBS of the... development scope of work
• Implementing application migration (if the source code is available) and perform selective data migration.
• Cloning applications and modify as required (if the source code is not available);
• Building AWS SQS framework.

WHAT YOU HAVE

· Solid knowledge of MVC and ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET
• Understanding of WCF. WPF
• Skills in Angular 11

· Good knowledge in Cloud
• Responsibility for your assignments and keeping your team informed
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn
• Problem-solving and well-developed communication skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
