As a Group Controller at LanguageWire you become a part of a highly skilled international finance team. You will be working on improving our internal controls, consolidation and delivering input for the monthly report to the Board of Directors. Further, you will ensure that all transactions are accounted for in compliance with local requirements as well as the group's accounting policy.

The responsibilities are many and the complexity of the tasks is considerable. The job includes lots of challenges and requires a curious and ambitious mindset. The role you’ll play

You will be situated in Copenhagen (Frederiksberg) and be a part of our finance team at group level. Here you will have... reference to the Senior Director of Accounting and Tax and will work closely with our CFO.

As a Group Controller in LanguageWire you will be a central part of the monthly closing process, while you will also be able to deep dive into larger projects within finance.

You will hold a central role within the administration of the group’s subsidiaries, which will give you an opportunity to work with many different jurisdictions, cultures and people.

The team you’ll be a part of

The LanguageWire Finance Team works close together across functions and locations. We are scattered across Europe with management located in Copenhagen and a main hub of finance talents in Valencia, Spain. Furthermore, Benelux and France are handled out of Leuven, Belgium.

As a Group Controller you will be working across the teams in the different locations with your anker in Copenhagen. You will be supported by management to deliver a top performance in the field of finance. Even though you will not have direct references reporting to you, it will be required that you can lead the way for colleagues in the Finance Team to be top performers.
