002556 Human Resources / Recruitment South Africa - Gauteng , Johannesburg - North (Sandton / Midrand / Diepsloot) Greys Recruitment, a leading white-collar recruitment agency in both permanent and flexible placements, is seeking to bring on an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their Gauteng office, in Houghton.

Job Duties:
• Develop strong client relationships and fulfill client's recruitment needs.
• Sourcing and screening candidates.
• Interviewing, preparing CV’s and processing of candidate applications.
• Managing ad negotiating offers of employment on behalf of clients.
• Reference checks and background checks.
• General administration.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations, APSO code of conduct, and the POPI Act.

Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years experience in a Senior Talent... Management role.
• Valid drivers license.
• Degree/Diploma beneficial.
• Proven placement record.
• Confident and comfortable in a client management role.
• Skilled in cold-calling and new business to build up a database of clients to service.
Remuneration:
• Market-related salary and lucrative commission structure on offer.
• No deficit carried forward.
