Store Coordinator - Secretary to GM Malaysia

• Check e-mails that are from the operation center, district manager and district manager coordinator to pass orders to related staffs in the store
• Follow up works that need to be submitted to the Operation Center and the district manager to ensure that it’s submitted within the time frame
• Collect daily sales information, summarize it in order to create weekly sales/stock report and print it out to submit it to the superior.
• Prepare information for the superior by collecting store’s daily, weekly, monthly operation information and other information
• Join the meeting to take the minutes and prepare the meeting summary report to submit to the superior. Follow the progress of tasks that are from meeting decision as assigned·
• Welcome the superior’s visitors and schedule meeting appointments ·
• Check to make sure that the office tools and stationary are ready to use and sufficient, and taking care of ordering Non Trade items·
• Check for news that is passed to the superior and... file document as groups

Requirements:
• Posses Diploma/Degree in Business Management/ Office Management /Secretary/Administration.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Administration/Secretarial work.
• At least Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Have experience working in Retail environment is added advantage.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Wiling to work during Weekends/ Public Holiday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
