Our firm is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (Spanish speaking) Administrative Assistant to work directly under the Director of Operations and assist with day-to-day office tasks, handling administrative requests from lawyers, and some social media postings. The ideal candidate for the position will have 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience, an understanding of administrative environments and a desire to enthusically interact with clients.

Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and emails from clients and vendors.
• Receive, sort, scan and distribute mail.
• Organize and document case information in Docketwise immigration software.
• Take notes at meetings and write correspondence.
• Order office supplies, scan documents and maintain case calendars.
• Work with Director of Marketing on social media posts.
• Maintain basic CRM.
• Proactively assist founder with email and calendar management.
