A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Group Financial Accountant to join a large global technology group based in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity offering hybrid working options and significant exposure to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities: Preparation of audited subsidiary financial statements Assist with preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements for full year and interims including disclosure notes under IFRS. Liaise with the audit team Preparation of documentation for the year end audit Liaise with the tax team to provide supporting documentation required for the preparation of tax returns. Provide accounting advice. Provide support to the Head of Financial Reporting when considering the impact of ongoing changes to IFRS to the business. Ensure group accounting policies are up to date and fully represent the Group reporting.Requirements: Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Relevant prior experience of statutory accounts and IFRS is essential.
