You'll be based in one of our Latin American offices, working with our McKinsey Digital team. McKinsey Digital brings together the best of McKinsey's digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. As part of this group, you'll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You'll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm.You'll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.

You will work as part of our Digital McKinsey team,engaging with our world-class consulting, engineering, and program teams tolead large scale ERP (SAP) implementation for external clients.

In this role, you will operate cross-functionallyin SAP initiatives and... translate client business needs to an SAP and businesssystems architecture while running diagnostics of ERP environments to makerecommendations of the optimal enterprise systems architecture.

You will focus on business drivers and systemfunctionality to influence senior firm and client stakeholders while providingarchitecture and delivery of the full ERP and business system vision.

You'll typically lead a team of 3 – 5 consultantsto help clients achieve new performance highs. Projects focus on defining andestablishing enterprise capabilities into organizational, process, andtechnology blueprints, and/or shaping strategies for IT departments. You willhave the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverageyour interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creatinga true followership

You will focus on business drivers and systemfunctionality to influence senior firm and client stakeholders while providingarchitecture and delivery of the full SAP and business system vision.

Additionally, you willprovide contributions to the Digital / Industry practice with responsibilitiesthat range from shaping and implementing strategic products and solutions toensuring that McKinsey's craft stays on the leading edge of technology andindustry best practices. • 8+ years work experience in a blue-chip, consultancy, or start up environment with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact
• Advanced degree, MBA or Master's degree in relevant field (engineering, science or another technical/related field)
• Previous experience building large-scale full stack architectures / platforms and deep knowledge of core IT systems (e.g., core banking systems, ERPs, Telco BSS platforms)
• Strong experience on code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, app security
• Fluency in full stack engineering including modern programming languages across stack (e.g., cloud, front-end, back-end, API architecture, etc.)
• Exposure to implementation of Agile / Digital Transformations
• Strong understanding of Agile approach (e.g., SCRUM, Agile @ scale, etc.)
• Demonstrated leadership within or outside a work setting
• Ability to excel at solving problems that require logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
• Strategic management perspective
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (e.g., oral, written, and visual including chart making)
