Position: Manager (Actuarial Service Department)
• Depending on the experience, the candidates title might be changed to "Assistant Manager" or "Senior Manager".

Salary: TOB

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibility:
• Conduct actuarial duties such as assessment of product design, product pricing & profit testing, valuation of policy liabilities and assets.
• Oversee or support managing the actuary department with valuation, communicating with various parties, independent result review and control review.
• Manage the assets and liabilities and optimize the portfolios based on stochastic modeling.
• Conduct various analysis of management actions including reinsurance, interest rate hedging and other measures.
• Collaborate with external and internal parties to follow the GIECA... framework and facilitate the projects, analyze the data and insurance risk calibration.
• Optimize processes or methodologies and suggest the measures to streamline or automate the process leveraging and support the integration of GIECA into projection tools and revers stress test.
• Communicate with internal and external parties in timely manner.
• Lead and mentor the junior team members.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in actuarial professions.
• Strong knowledge related to actuary service and insurance including Prophet Modeling (e.g. ALS modeling)
• Ability to work independently or as a team in multinational environment.
• Interpersonal skill, excellent in presentation and negotiation, Strategical thinking. Project management / decision making skill.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
