• Conducting training needs analysis through various means such as surveys, interviews, direct observation, performance appraisals, and communication with managers
• Creating and carrying out capability assessments across the organization
• Develop and implement a process for monitoring the effectiveness of training interventions
• Maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and re-training requirements
• Supporting a culture of continuous professional development
• Preparing and creating materials (slides, handout, checklists, evaluation forms and others)
• Working closely with subject matter experts to develop customized training programs to fulfill departmental specific needs to maintain or improve necessary competencies
• Selecting appropriate delivery channels, using a blended learning approach to effectively transfer skills to the targeted audience

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Learning and Development experience... in a comparable role
• Deep knowledge of state of the art tools for Learning and Development
• English proficiency
• Full computer literacy MS Office and other relevant software
• Thorough understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Ability to work independently with a flexible mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact well with people at all levels
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Experience with LMS desirable
• Valid UAE driver’s license and vehicle are advantageous
