Together with your colleagues, you will advise our clients from the European financial industry in their project work, accompany the digital transformation and set new standards in dealing with current challenges.

You accompany the implementation of transformation projects and support our customers in the areas of Banking Transformation and Regulatory & Compliance.

This job is for you, ifYou have solid expertise in the area of Regulatory & Compliance... regarding topics such as Financial Crime, Investor Protection, Data Privacy & Protection, Fiscal Compliance or Sustainability.At best, you have experience in the execution of agile transformation projects.You are familiar with individual banking processes such as Client Onboarding and Transaction Monitoring and you know how to apply your Regulatory & Compliance expertise in the respective context.You have already proven your professional experience in the area of Regulatory & Compliance in projects at a management consultancy or a financial services company (at least 3 years of relevant experience).You enjoy working with people and are a communicative person.You have experience with agile and classic project management methods and, if applicable, have relevant certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe or similar.You have a very good degree in business administration or economics.
