Job Description
To understand overall technical support ticketing process and procedure
Complete technical tasks and assignment according to ticketing system
Track ticket status and make sure no missing SLA (service level agreement) complains
To prepare daily and detail technical support report to customer
Updating daily and weekly status reports when required to supervisor or manager in a timely manner
Capable to perform technical fault findings
Able to contribute to root cause analysis, rectification process and solutions
To standby for ad hoc technical... support in rotation basis
Able to do site visit and gather information to assist Engineering team to prepare solution and proposal
Perform schedule preventive maintenance service
Complete schedule preventive maintenance checklist and report in a timely manner
Complete any other tasks as assigned by the superior
Requirement
Candidates must possess minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
Candidates must possess a valid wireman PW4 or PW2 certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST)
Can work outstation (outside Selangor)
Good in communication skills and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Good in Microsoft Office
Willing to work extra time, public holiday and weekend whenever necessary
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation from time to time
Possess CIDB green card or NIOSH TNB pass is an added advantage
Have some knowledge or experience in works related to IT equipment in ELV products like CCTV & Access Control is an added advantage
