Greatdays Travel Group is a leading, family run tour operator based in Altrincham, Cheshire and has been established for 40 years. We are seeking a team member to join us in a Travel Tours Administrator role at our offices in Altrincham, South Manchester.

You will be an enthusiastic person with a keen interest in being part of driving the operations processes forward. Working as part of a small travel operations team you will be a positive individual with strong administration skills and attention to detail in line with strict deadlines.

This is a full time office based role Monday to Friday or we may consider part time 4 or 5 days per week.

Are you the right person for the role?
• Travel trade experience in Operations, Administration or finance an advantage but not essential
• Confident in using IT systems and Excel spreadsheets
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Excellent communications skills
• A minimum of two years experience in an office based role
• Strong planning, administration and organisational skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Keen eye for details
• Ability to work well within a team or alone
• Self motivated and able to use your own initiative
• Reside in South Manchester or Cheshire

What will my role look like?
• Working as part of the travel operations team ensuring all the customer details are correct for each group tour
• Managing the future tours and final stages of all tours
• Managing final customer rooming lists to ensure accurate passenger numbers for tours
• Final deadline communications with customers and suppliers
• Issuing of pre-trip information to customers and suppliers
• Responding to customer and supplier enquiries
