Provides leadership and counsel in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of contract wide quality management system and supports processes for customer base review and improvement techniques that provide state-of-the-art technical services to an FMS customer OCONUS. Proactively manages the various elements of the quality system to ensure compliance with applicable national and international quality system regulations with special focus on institutional training and learning programs. Solely responsible for managing, training and mentoring a pool of internal quality auditors in the Program Management Office that function in supporting external compliance audits to both ISO 9000/AS9100, Rev. C. Specific responsibilities include:

Promote quality achievement and continuance performance improvement throughout the organization.

Develop... implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Team's Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.

Adopt standards and establish clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.

Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

Establish and maintain controls and documentation procedures.

Liaison with customers’ auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.

Establish standards of service for customers or clients.

Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

Assist PM team in developing program of key performance indicators and periodic internal audits

Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with Team S3I's Management team

Identify relevant ISO/AS9100-related training needs and deliver training courses.

Collate and analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters.

Manage and maintain the Team’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.

Investigate, document, ensure, and track corrective actions to customer complaint. * Conduct and document routine internal audits and improve performance through tracked continuous improvement to processes.
