The chosen individual will be mainly responsible for the Financial Services recruitment desk, carrying out calls and interviews, as well as managing a portfolio of clients. The individual will also be reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment & Business Consultancy.

Responsibilities:

- Handling the Financial Services & legal recruitment desk
- Partnering with clients to determine staffing requirements
- Analysing vacant opportunities
- Screening and sourcing of CVs
- Carrying out calls and interviews
- Maintaining regular contact with both candidates & clients
- Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing... qualifications to job requirements
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/psychology/Sales/Business Administration or related, qualification is considered an asset, while previous experience within Recruitment or sales Is a must.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.

Fluency in the English language is considered a must, whereas knowledge of the Maltese or any additional language is considered an asset.
