The role encompasses a range of responsibilities and skills that are focused on the financial analysis of real estate strategies for commercial office occupiers and owners. The candidate must be proactive, ambitious, and perform at a high-level in a client-focused, highly time-sensitive, and collegial atmosphere. A strong grasp of real estate and financial principles as well as modeling concepts are crucial to the success of this role. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create a high volume of complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the economic implications of various real estate occupancy and ownership strategies
• Analyze leases, draft detailed abstracts, and summarize key lease clauses and economics
• Analyze market statistics and trends
• Research and analyze building ownership and tenant profiles
• Develop bespoke client presentations and deliverables
